Restaurants near Kawaramachi station _ Marugame seimen _ Reasonable price of udon

A variety of restaurant from japan

open a chain store in my country, Korea.

The restaurant in this posting have chain stores, also.

Actually, I didn't notice there are chain in my country

before I looked into this one in google map.

Marugame seimen is located really near the hotel

I already posted.

Originally,

We wanted to go to ChaoChao Gyoza

where many traveler visit and post.

However,

when we get there,

already many people made a waiting line.

We gave up quickly and found other restaurant.

We just looked around for a while.

finally, looked this restaurant

where many Japanese lined up.

but, the line is quickly disappeared.

We thought local people like this.

And went inside.

If you see the menu,

easily be informed that it's udon restaurant.

We couldn't decide what to eat among many menu, easily.

We chose Kamaage udon, firstly

because, It is on the first

Probably, It's the best one.

Additionally,

Udon with egg and yam.

If you see the menu,

you would know that

the choice of udon is divided cold one and hot one.

We chose

hot kamaage udon

cold torotama udon

This is the system that 

as soon as order in the line,

make and give us undon.

You don't need to know Japanese

because english, chinese, korean is written down on the menu

and also they have photo menu.

So,

just pick the photo is enough for order.

Except Udon,

fried menu, rice ball are sold.

We couldn't just pass other menu

so, bought one of them.

We chose this rice ball

because this one have unusual color.

When we chose this,

we didn't know exactly what it is.

Anyway,

we were surprised,

It is more delicious than we thought.

Hot Kamaage Udon.

We chose just small one,

It's bigger than we think.

It's just noodles with sauce.

like a soba.

Just put the noodles into the sauce

and eat.

This one is Udon with yam and egg.

Customer can take some green onion, ginger, weed

from the center of the restaurant.

You need to put them into your udon

for more delicious udon.

The rice ball,

purple one is kind of spice,

but I don't know exactly.

This is the first time flavor.

This restaurant have reasonable price

so many native people like this place.

In my country, Korea,

also have Udon.

I thought Japanese undon is similar with korean one.

However,

After I ate this,

I realized they are really different.

I remember this udon for a long time

because It's a first time to eat this kind of flavor.

If I have a chance,

I will go the chain store in korea!!
