We really wanted to eat.
Fortunately, It's near Umeda station.
It's located in Grand Front Osaka building,
You can easily find at Umeda station
because It's really big building.

The restaurants in this building open at 11:00 am
We arrived little before 11:00
Maybe, just 5 min. ?
They didn't allow for us to go inside.
We got here for Hitsumabushi,
This one didn't have waiting...
the next restaurant had lot's of people waiting.

I couldn't imagine how delicious!!

Just check it in the restaurant.

It's really good

reduce the customer's inconvenient.
Many Japanese restaurant serve warm green tea.
It's really good quality
because green tea is included in the main menu.
Generally,
Green tea taste little better,
This one is not! little sweet.
Osaka is nice city for tourist.
Wherever you go,
basically, have various language menu.
Menus are divided based on the size of eel.
We had to eat other so, just ate small one.
Like I said,
There are Eel-don and set-meal, also.
After trying hitsumabusi,
If you don't like the method with green tea,
Just Eel-don is good for you.
When we arrived,

All food are put on the just one tray.

It's my first time to eat Eel with rice.
I did't know how much eel are served.
I was shocked by full cover of eel!

3. with green tea.
4. choice best one!
Basic method is perfect for feeling the taste and texture of Eel.
My wife loved this one.

with green garlic and wasabi.
I felt the Eel less than basic one.
however,
the combination with green garlic and wasabi
is also nice!
Last method!

Less texture and taste of Eel.
But
Chance to eat Ochazuke!

It's good because green tea is really delicious.
