Many people want to have their own special experience while traveling. I always wonder if there will be anything new in planning my trip.
When I and my wife travel, the most important thing is food. So, how about making Vietnamese food instead of just eating it while traveling? I took this class with the idea. Since our trip to Vietnam, our couple always try to include the Cooking class in our itinerary.
Of course, I did not make the food at home after the trip, but just making and eating the food myself was a good opportunity.

I recommend Little Hanoi. First of all, Little Hanoi has a good location. There are hotels around, and there are a variety of restaurants. I also did a lot of research for the Cooking class. Because we didn't have much budget, we were looking for a slightly cheaper class of Cooking, and we were able to find this cheap class. There will be many classes you can do in a better environment, but personally, this is enough.

How does the class proceed?

In fact, this Cooking class is a little different from the Cooking Class, which is generally known. It is not just a space for classes, but a regular Vietnamese restaurant. Since there is not much room, classes are conducted with only a small number of people.
When you arrive at Little Hanoi, the ingredients are ready in advance, giving you a rough description of how to cook.
As I said before, it's a little different from other Cooking classes. When a cook cooks in front of a class room, the student usually looks at it and imitates it. This class makes dishes that the cook and the student cook together.
Come to think of it, the part you cook yourself may be less than the normal class.
However, I think I don't have to do it myself in the Cooking Class. It's enough to have a look at the cooking process and see how it's cooked.

What kind of food do you make?

The biggest advantage of this class is that you can learn all four dishes.
As I said before, because I cook with a chef, I can make as many as four foods in a short time.

These English names may be wrong.
There are Vietnamese food, but it was better because it also has Chinese food.
In general, most of the Vietnamese foods eaten by travelers were getting tired of being similar in taste.

Finally, the class only operates with the small group. Compared to other classes, we have more time to talk with the students who participated. So after the class, you can get close to other people by eating all the food you made together, and you can get a colleague who can travel together in the future as well as in this restaurant.
