Lotte tower aquarium ticket price and opening hours

If you are a Korean traveler, you must have heard of Lotte Tower. Lotte World, an amusement park located in the center of Seoul, is right next to it, and the sharp-shaped buildings that can be seen in most areas of Seoul are also impressive. As a space where you can do various activities, there is also an aquarium that is one of the best in Korea.



Lotte Tower Aquarium

Lotte Tower Aquarium is a popular attraction located in the Lotte World Tower in Seoul, South Korea. It is one of the largest aquariums in the country and is home to a diverse range of marine life.

The aquarium features 55 tanks, housing over 650 species of marine animals, including sharks, stingrays, and colorful tropical fish. Visitors can explore the various exhibits, which showcase different ocean environments such as the coral reefs and the deep sea.




1. Location

It is comfortable location to use public transportation because it is connected to Jamsil Station on Seoul Subway Lines 2 and 8. It is located on the B1 floor of Lotte World Mall, and since it is a place visited by many people, it is easy to find because there are many signs inside the building. There is an amusement park right next to it, and there is a large lake that is good for walking.

Mon. ~ Thu. - 10:00 ~ 20:00 (Last entry 19:00)

Fri. ~ Sun. - 10:00 ~ 22:00 (Last entry 21:00)

Otter : 10:30, 14:30 (Every day)

Sea lion : 11:00, 15:00 (Every day)

Penguin : 12:00, 16:30 (Every day)

The ocean (Feeding time, no explanation) : 12:30, 15:30 (Weekends)

Adult & Adolescents (Age 13 ~ 64)  : 35,000 won

Children (Age 36 month ~ 12 years old) : 29,000 won

Senior (Age 65 ~ ) : 29,000 won 


Aquarium & Observatory (Seoul sky)

Adult & Adolescents (Age 13 ~ 64)  : 56,000 won

Children (Age 36 month ~ 12 years old) : 49,000 won

Senior (Age 65 ~ ) : 49,000 won


Parking lot price (Lotte world mall)

For people with aquarium ticket

200 won per 10 min. (only for 4 hours)

300 won per 10 min. (after 4 hours, weekdays)

500 won per 10 min. (after 4 hours, weekends)



4. Tips

Lotte World Mall, where the Lotte Tower Aquarium is located, has many shop and restaurants. In particular, you can enjoy unlimited lobster at the seafood buffet called Viking's Wharf for $100, so be sure to visit it. Usually, the aquarium is for children, but if possible, schedule a full day and enjoy the amusement park and the aquarium together.
