Camino de Santiago Routes - Pilgrimage in Spain

I took this photo on the primitivo way.

Have you heard of Camino de Santiago?
It is one of the most famous pilgrims in the world.
Based on my experience with pilgrimage, I've outlined which paths you should take.

What is the difference of each way?

The first thing you have to choose is which way you want to walk.
France way, where most of the people went, the northern way and the primitivo way are popular ways for many people.
In addition, there are "silver roads" across central Spain and "Portugal way" starting in Portugal.
Camino de Santiago also has many pilgrims starting in Germany and Austria, etc..
If you haven't walk the way, you have not noticed that you can even see the yellow arrows in Paris, also.

For those of you who make your fist pilgrimage, I recommend "France way".
The reason is that people walk the most.
Just because people walk a lot doesn't mean there are as many people as other famous tourist attractions.
I think you can walk with ease because you can get help from other people.

The language doesn't matter on France way either.
On the way, if you can speak both Spanish and English, it's best if you can get there without difficulty, but if you can't, you'd better walk on France way.
It's possible to make groups with many people who use same language with you on the France way.
I'm sure some of you are complaining language is not important.
In my opinion, if you walk on other way(not France way) without being able to speak English or Spanish at all, you're likely to get tired of loneliness first.
That's because it takes too long to stand on a body language and a word.

How many days you have?

It's good idea to choose which way to walk according to the time you have, but first of all, I recommend "France way" for how much day you have, and I'll focus on that way.

When you walk on Camino in the summer, the people you can see are divided into just three kinds. Students, teachers, retirees.
How many jobs do you have that allow you to take more than 30 days off from work?

I think a typical company employee can spend as long as a week's? more or less.
For those of you who have these short vacations, it's best to choose a certain section, not the entire France way.
It's most convenient to walk way between large cities. because small towns and cities are hard to get by bus or train. and there aren't many cars, so i can make short vacations disappear into waiting times.
There are 4 large cities on the way, Pamplona, Burgos, Leon and Santiago, which are the origin and destination of many pilgrims.
Of course, there are many other cities, but only the most famous ones are written down.

There are several ways to select a certain section.
1. How to get to Santiago based on the time frame.
2. How to start and finish from the beginning (Saint jean pied de port), and followed by the next pilgrimage.
3. How you select a section.

It's freedom of choice, but I recommend No.1.
The reason is because some of you like the pilgrimage while walking.
but some people don't like it. No one knows if you're going to go on a pilgrimage again, so I think it's better for you to feel arrival of Santiago.
