Best Kobe Beef in Kobe Japan, Steak land

This posting also is about Kobe beef!
But, this time is about beef cooked on the grill!
not Yakiniku.
Many traveler of Osaka go Kobe, too.
Our couple also agonized over whether go or not.
We decided to go Kobe for only Kobe beef!
We were looking for the place
to eat kobe beef for a long time.
found out many peopl go to Steak land.
Why???
Why almost people go there?
Seriously, I searched the reason
in blog, google map and trip adviser.
As a result,
This restaurant is the cheapest one.
Especially, Lunch menu is incomparable with others.
You can think
that It's just one time...
You wanted proper restaurant.
The price of other restaurants is over double.
Personally,
Beef of this restaurant is enough delicious.
Open time is 11 am.
Many people make a waiting line,
So, you should start the schedule
according to open time.
Going outside through the west gate of Sannomiya station,
You can see the restaurant.
We arrived here at 10:40 am.
Nobody was here.
So, We just looked around for 10 min.
After that....
Many people made a queue.
It was on saturday.
10 min. before open
we stood in the line
but could directly go inside.
It's the price of lunch menu.
The most expensive one is Kobe steak.
I don't know exactly the part of beef.
Anyway,
We chose
Kobe beef steak lunch
Large tender steak lunch
You just imagine the Hot plate restaurant
where people sit and eat in one line seat.
It was first time.
So, basic setting was already prepared.
The salad is served as appetizer.
The cooking will be right in front of you by cook,
So, according to location of your seat,
you can be waiting long time.
Start from cleaning the hot plate.
Firstly, garlic flakes were fried.
The flakes is more delicious
and the butter get the smell of garlic.
Just 150g meat is not enough, probably,
So, rice also came.
One is for vegetable,
other one is for beef.
The meat was seasoned by little salt before cook.
These were for our couple
and the couple next to us.
During cooking,
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
as additional seasoning.
This pose is what I think It is hot plate cooking!
I think It's wine,
add the smell of wine to beef.
Almost restaurant in japan servers Miso.
We want medium-rare.
After beef is burnt properly,
Cut and burnt inside.
Good quality of beef and cooking skill
makes perfect beef!

But, I can feel the taste~
Under side is Kobe steak.
Upper side is Tender.
Vegetable also were cooked after beef.
The butter already is added the smell of beef and garlic!!
It's just delicious, don't you think?
I almost eat all meat
during cooking the vegetable...
Both parts of meat is really delicious!
Amount is not that much,
So, try to eat slowly!
Coffee and Juice were prepared as dessert!.
It's perfect choice
after eating oily meat.
The price was $ 60 per 2 persons.
And the price on the menu is included the tax!
Steak land!!
is the best restaurant within whole itinerary
to both of us.
We realized why people love Kobe beef.
It's first time to eat this kinds of meat.
Many people who travel in Osaka or Kobe
find the good place for Kobe beef!
We also searched for lots of time
and finally, went Steak land.
Before we ate here,
We didn't have choice because of the price.
However!!
After we ate,
Although we would come again,
we will go to Steak land again.
Although some people said
there is better restaurant,
I think It's sufficient good!!
